LOCAL FOOD
The Garum restaurant has a special affinity with good food, thanks to our tradition of the good quality of our local products. Our chef creates dishes which exhalt the ingredients of our area; hand-made pasta, fresh fish, local cheese , jams and honey from the fertile slopes of vesuvius.
