Booking Confirmation

Once you receive our proposal, the booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.

How to confirm

To confirm the booking a deposit is required, by bank transfer or postal order, or by providing credit card details as a guarantee. The balance is paid directly at the hotel.

How to pay the deposit

Pay the deposit by bank transfer or postal order, using the details below and stating your name and stay dates.

Deposit up to 3 nights

For stays up to 3 nights we require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night.

Deposit over 3 nights

For stays over 3 nights we require a deposit equal to the first night plus 30% of the total booking amount.

Credit card

You may provide the card number and expiry by e-mail or fax, as a guarantee only: nothing will be charged at booking. The balance at the hotel can be paid in cash or by other means.
