| What time can we check-in and out? |
| CCheck–In is adviced
From 13,00 Hrs till 20,00 Hrs. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30AM on departure day. For each arrival not expected within the above mentioned timetable (Check-In ). Please let us know few days prior to it. |
| Is the price per room / apartment or per person? |

Per room. All published rates are per room not per person. |
| How I can book? |
| Guests can book either on line, by phone or by sending a fax, but only after receiving a final confirmation from the Hotel.. |
| Is it required a deposit to reserve the room? |
| For Holidays with a minimun of 5
nights, one night deposit is requested.
Hotel’s bank details or
address for deposit payment (via post or bank) will be given only when
guests are intended to reserve the room. When booking reservations are guaranteed by giving us a personal credit card’s details, deposit will be not asked. |
| Can I reserve the room just communicating the details of my credit card?? |
| Yes it is possible but guests must communicate to the Hotel, via fax or throught our web-site (with an outside service “Verisign secured”), credit card’s number and expired date. In this case deposit will be not requested. |
| Is there a restaurant in the Hotel?? |
| The “Santa Lucia” Hotel offers to its
guests an Hospitable brand new internal
Restaurant divided in between an
inside and
outside area. On the open area Restaurant guests can feel the
emotion of a romantic dinner, where the sound of the sea will accompany
them meal, where the green of the surrounding plants will end in multy –
coloured flowers. It is thanks to its particular atmosphere and good standard why the Hotel management will ask guests to be wearing the right clothes while eating or just walking into the Restaurant area (not guests allowed in with swimsuite only and with no shoes). Meals time is as it follows: Buffet Breakfast: from 7.30am till 09.15am. Lunch: From 01.00pm till 02.15pm. Dinner (low season) from 7.30pm till 09.00pm. Dinner (high season) from 08.00pm till 09.15pm. Guests can appreciate the rich local ”CUISINE” with a plentiful selection of fish an seafood dishes. We could not forget to mention our wine list, coming from the most local brand “SAMMARCO” to join our local fragrances. |

| No, drinks during meals are not included in the price.. |
| Is there a bar in the hotel? |
| Yes and it is situated just opposite the main Hotel entrance, on the left hand side. |
| Is there a swimming pool? |
| No, the Hotel does not have this facility. |
| Are there any sport facilities? |
| No the Hotel does not
dispose of sport facilities. There is at approx .100mts walking from the
Hotel, a sport ground with : Tennis court, Football field and sport
Bowls. To be able to utilize those facilities there is an extra charge to pay on the spot. (Ask Hotel reception for further informations). |
| Can I connect my pc/notepad to the web from my room/apartment? |
| Yes , thanks to the wireless connections available in our complex, with a little extra charge. |
| Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast? |
| Breakfast is always included and it is served on a “ Buffet” basis. |
| Can we settle the bill on arrival? |
| Yes it is possible. |
| Do you accept credit card or cash? |
| Yes , even if cash in Euros and credit cards are our first option. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
| For Booking
cancellations within 7days prior arrival’s date. There is not any
applicable penalty. For late cancellations and No-Shows, there is a penalty of one night to pay. In case of earlier departures guests will be charged for the entire holiday. |
| How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building? |
| The Hotel is compound of a Ground floor, first and second floor plust a solarium are on third floor. |
| Is there a lift? |
| Yes, the “Santa Lucia” Hotel in Minori offers a lift facility with access to all floors and for needs (whell-chairs). |
| Are there obstacles for people with disabilities? |
| Absolutely not. |
| Are there rooms for people with disabilities? |
| Certainly, the “Santa Lucia” Hotel disposes of two rooms for disabled guests with all comforts they might need or ask for. |
| Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony? |
| Almost all rooms have private balcony ( 30 rooms), those without it have windows (5 rooms). |
| Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments? |
| Yes, there are. |
| What kind of rooms do you have? What are the amenties of you rooms? |
| We dispose of an
‘UNIQUE’ tipology for our rooms which is an upgraded standard level. All
rooms are well furnished... floors are all in ceramic with different
bright coloures giving luminousity and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
All rooms are insonorous and with all modern facilities: private services, direct calls, Tv Satellite, air conditioning, fridge-bar, safe deposit box, wireless connection, diffusion cable, hair drier, help-courtesy line.
Sky TV Italia is
available on request with an extra (ask reception for details). |
| Do the the rooms with terrace have chairs and table? |
| Yes, rooms with terraces have also chairs and a table outside. |
| Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? |
| All rooms have climatized system (active 24hrs from the 1st of June 2009 till the 30th of September 2009). There is not an extra charge for it. |
| Do you have an Internet/E-Mail access? |
| Internet Point available with faster
connection. There is a charge for it. In all the Hotel complex it is possible the wirelelss connection by using your own Laptop (with an extra charge). |
| Is parking or garage available? |
| We have an internal care-garage ( not extra charge) and an open area garage with an extra charge including auto - drawal and auto - delivery service. |
| Can we arrange a day trips to the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompei, Paestum etc directly at the hotel? |
| Yes, sure. It is possible either with your own car or by public services, which are quite good and we will provide you with all the informations regarding transportation and relative material: maps, up-dated buses-train timetables, boats service and more... |
| Where can we rent a scooter? |
| Yes it is possible.
Please ask reception for skooter’s hire informations. For delivery you
just need few Hours from the reservation and someone will drive it
directly to the Hotel.
Cost is approx. €25.00 per day per scooter.. |

| We can provide to book
a private transfer for you with one of the local taxi company of our
confidence. They will arrange to collect you at any requested time and
drive you directly to the Hotel Santa Lucia for approx. €100.00. For alternative options with public transportations, please ‘click’ here to find out more… There is not a direct bus from Naples airport to ‘Amalfi Coast’, you need to change buses or take the train from Naples train station to "Salerno" and from there the Bus to Amalfi and stop in Minori town. | We can also provide to
book for you taxi from ‘Salerno’ to Minori and the cost is approx.

| The closest Bus stop is just outside the Hotel on the right handside. |

| Are there any convention with other activities of Minori? |
| The has got a convention with a private beach area called ‘Lido California’ situated at few metres from the Hotel along the town’s promenade. Complete with changing rooms, chairs, beds and umbrellas. |
| Is the umbrella and sun-lounger included in a price? |
| Chairs and umbrellas
are not included on the room’s rate. Price for one umbrella with 2 chairs/2 beds goes from € 10.00 up to €15.00 per day per room to pay on the spot. |
